Lewisburg, Pennsylvania — Buffalo Township Municipal Sewer Authority (BTMSA) Sewer Plant was established in 1995 to provide sewage treatment to Mazeppa, Buffalo Crossroads, Vicksburg, and part of Lewisburg situated in Buffalo Township. BTMSA is authorized to adopt necessary rules and regulations concerning sewage in conformity with Buffalo Township ordinances, all applicable laws and rules and regulations of administrative agencies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
